WeightObserver – an app for Android Smartphones
The prime purpose of WeightObserver is to help you lose weight in a very efficient and healthy way. Of course, you can also use it to help you maintain your current weight.
Based on the concept of Weight Watchers, which is already pretty easy to use, WeightObserver makes it even simpler: you won’t have to do any kind of number crunching to control calories or fat of the consumed foods, or calculate the points associated with it.
Right after installing the app on your Android Smartphone, you will be asked to provide some basic data like your age, height, weight and personal lifestyle. The app will then come up with a certain number of points that you are allowed to consume daily and weekly.
In the next step, you will be able to use over 7.000 types of food from the app database with their associated points, right at your fingertips. Of course, you can also add any kind of food you like to the app to reflect your own personal eating habits.
WeightObserver keeps track of your consumed points, shows you how many more points are available per day and week, and gives you a graphical overview of all data.
This way, WeightObserver makes losing weight easy and comfortable. It can help you change to a healthier life - the change you may have been looking for.
