Sourcing

Being a European company with offices in Germany and Romania means that we can offer you a tailor-made sourcing strategy, which fits the needs of your project environment and characteristics. 

Managed Outsourcing: your project is implemented by our nearshore experts with an experienced nearshore project manager. All coordination and communication with our project manager and his team can be handled either by one of your own project managers or by an experienced Germany-based Infobest manager who can be permanently onsite with you or who is at your disposal whenever required (onshore).

Extended Factory: you "hire" nearshore experts for your projects with a given profile (skills, experience and seniority). This team works under your guidance and supervision from our Romanian location and is entirely at your disposal, i.e. not engaged in any other project activities. Also in this setup, an experienced Germany-based Infobest manager can support you.

Onsite or onshore: our consultants work in your projects either onsite at your location or out of our German offices. Given appropriate and complete specifications, we may also carry out your projects onshore on a fixed price basis.
