Development Process

All development projects, for which we assume responsibility regarding processes and results, are delivered according to our proven methodology incorporating elements of widely used development standards e.g. RUP or the V-model. Our methodology reflects more than 15 years of experience and best practice and has lead to an approach which provides enough guidance for high-quality, standardized processes on one hand while allowing for dynamic elements and iterative loops on the other hand. This allows us to adapt our development process also to more volatile projects without running the risk of losing track and control.

Of course, our developers, testers, project managers and consultants are also familiar with other development models, in particular of agile character. So if your project should be delivered using prototyping or Scrum, you should find out about our experience in this field, too.
