Quality Assurance

Our standards take care that the development process itself is subject to continuous quality assurance as much as they ensure that all deliverables of a project meet the defined quality metrics.

Quality in the process

Quality assurance in the development process means:

• Project management is based on PRINCE2 guidelines throughout all phases of the project
• All project management standards like PID, project plan, roles & assignments, communication guideline, acceptance procedures or change management processes are maintained and controlled
• Code and documentation reviews are being carried out regularly
• Specifications are signed off and accepted by the client
• Dedicated QA teams define and execute test strategies according to the V-model including unit, functional, integration, load and performance tests using manual and automated approaches
• Continuous monitoring of risk factors and defined actions to deal with them
   

Quality of the deliverables

Only a solid and quality assured process can produce high quality results. Nevertheless, it is also of vital importance to specify in detail all quality metrics and quality goals which have to be fulfilled by the final product. This is the basis for the client's acceptance of the final results and the ultimate proof if the project has delivered the desired product.
