The company was rapidly growing and therefore needed to manage their advertising projects more effectively. The main challenge for our customer was to gather all the data of their advertising projects in one place and reduse the workload on their sales and marketing team members.
With a focus on having a platform where the sales and marketing departments can add new advertising campaigns, our client was seeking a custom solutions for their needs.

Infobest developed an application that is a central point for managing campaigns that are running on different mediums like TV & Radio, classic and online magazines and even outdoor media. With the help of this tool, the end users are able to plan and manage the impact analysis for their customer campaigns.
The tool supports features like allowing users to create and generate custom reports that allows them to get and understand the necessary insights into specific campaigns. The reports can be exported as advanced Power Point documents ready for customer presentation.

The application offers a great set of customization possibilities regarding the market research imports, while at the same time providing great flexibility in setting and updating KPIs. The tool also provides possibilities to compare results with multiple customizable benchmarks.
We managed to encapsulate the complex business workflow inside the application, while maintaining a very user-friendly interface.
