General Conditions:
Service hours: 08:00–16:00 and 11:00-19:00 (covered by at least 2 team members with overlap from 11:00 onwards)
Your tasks:
- Preparation and follow-up of functional ITSCM tests
- Monitoring and organizing tests before and during ITSCM test days/weekends
- Preparation of test evidence and necessary test documentation
- Organizing and documenting meetings and committees, including distributing minutes
- Creating process reports and conducting GAP analyses
- Quality assurance of Recovery and Restoration Plans
- Creating, updating, and reviewing documentation and training materials
- Delivering process and user training as well as IT process consulting
- Managing functional mailboxes and ticket handling (e.g., JIRA)
- Ensuring compliance with process specs, quality standards, and KPIs
- Supporting the development of process-supporting tools
- Driving continuous improvement and KPI development
- Ensuring alignment with the “ITSCM Process Definition”
- Maintaining availability and proactive communication via established channels
- Engaging in cross-functional communication with stakeholders to build process awareness
Our requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written German (B2 or higher); Fluent in English.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid background in IT operations, process, or project management.
- Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks,
databases). - Strong skills in documentation, organization, and client communication.
- Proven experience in IT service continuity or similar process roles.
- ITIL v4 certification or hands-on knowledge of ITIL-aligned environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA) and reporting.
